Digital Content
VoType can accept digital audio and video files in a variety of formats including:
- QuickTime movies (.mov)
- MPEG 1,2 and 4 Movies
- MP3, AIFF, and WAV files
- Most AVI movies
- WMA and WMV files
Digital uploads are the preferred method of transporting the source media since it saves shipping fees and any courier costs. Contact us for information about uploading digital files.
Video timecode is a convenient way to refer back to a precise location in video media and VoType can insert timecode to your specifications under certain conditions. Please review our timecode notes for more information about the options.
VoType also accepts all traditional forms of source content including audio cassettes, microcassettes, video tape in VHS and other common video formats. (For other than standard VHS video tape, there may be a format conversion fee. Please contact VoType with specifics of your video media and we can discuss the conversion requirements. We can also convert from PAL to NTSC if required.)
